How it all started
In 1980, Roberta immigrated to the United States and spent over a decade working tirelessly in the cleaning industry. However, she eventually grew weary and longed for a change. With her family back in Mexico successfully running a restaurant, she found inspiration and decided to embark on her own culinary journey. Determined and driven, Roberta set out to find the perfect location for her dream eatery. After discovering a cozy yet modest space, her passion for cooking began to flourish, captivating an ever-growing audience with every delectable dish she served. Today, her restaurant thrives, and has expanded to three different locations in Santa Ana thanks to the remarkable quality of her food and the unwavering support of her husband and children, whom she has guided and imparted her culinary wisdom upon.
